Duchess Cupcake Warfare (the "Game") is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By playing, you agree not to reverse engineer, cheat, disrupt online matches, or use the Game to harass other players. We may update or discontinue features at any time.

The Game is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Game.

Privacy Policy

We keep data collection minimal.

• Local progression: unlocks, cream balance, and settings are stored in your browser's local storage.
• Online matches: when you play online, an anonymous account and match data (moves, room code) are stored on our backend so opponents can sync with you. No email or personal profile is required.
• Cookies: we use only functional storage required for the app to run — no third-party ad tracking.

To request deletion of online match data associated with your device, email kingarthurchess.com@gmail.com.
